I had my guys stuck in a ditch with this horrible ice we got. Today 1/26. They were on an emergency plumbing job when they got stuck- All day they were fine, last call, horrible road, they got stuck! I went down a list of about 15 companies. Even AAA AND Roadside wouldn’t come out. I still can’t believe. Either with no availability, no answer, or were ridiculously high. (Price gouging). Over $400! I called 911/ EMT- The fire department, friends/family even imagine that, with NO HELP FROM ANYONE that could help or wanted to help. All had some excuse. You get into a panic & don’t know what else to do. Just imagine being stuck and cold and can’t get anyone to help you. I finally got Fred’s towing on the line- Cindy was great on the phone, and the driver who showed up on time when they said 4

100% recomend go here. First guy showed up in 30 minutes, with a flat bed. Said I’m gonna need the cable crane tow truck. Said he’s gonna be a while like an hour. Mr.Fred himself arrived in 15-20 minutes. He arrived assessed the situation and had my car out of the ditch with 10-15 minutes. The first guy had told me it would be 125$ Mr Fred honored that and had told me the same price. Thank you Mr Fred this will be my go to row people in Rva area from now on. Go here. Highly recommended. I called them to have my mother's car towed because she was unable to start the car. When I called them, they were very honest about their availability but they were able to come earlier than anticipated. When the towing car driver arrived, he was able to fix the issue on the spot and declined the offer of payment. We definitely got lucky with a car issue but can't recommend them highly enough for their great customer service and honesty.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Older lady answering the phone had no clue what she was talking about and acted like my vehicle wasn't drivable, even though it was, so they could rack of more money. I was a VICTIM of theft and now I'm paying for lot fees and extra expenses that I shouldn't even have to pay for. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Fred's towing has been amazing through out the years for our company. There driver are always extremely nice and have gotten off the side of the roads many time. Thanks Fred's for the amazing service.
