FREED Performance

The team is great as always! They did awesome work on my 992, this time in three them a curve ball with breaking away from German automotive. They did awesome great job on my C8 Corvette. Team is always professional and communicates great.

I had the best experience of my car repair shop life with Freed. After driving my Gainesville, FL to Atlanta at 1am on Thanksgiving Day my M3 encountered some trouble. I was left stranded and had to take an uber to my family's house. I promptly wrote Freed performance an email describing the situation and when I woke up on Thanksgiving morning at 8:30am I had a reply from Hayden saying that he would check out the car that day, in between preparing his Thanksgiving meal! I had the car towed to Freed, Hayden inspected it, and he wrote me a full report and gave me an estimate that same day! I left for Florida that weekend, Freed took care of my car the next week, and I had it shipped back to me in FL. The service was start to finish was impeccable. First time Freed customer. Contacted and met Kevin to let him know my issue. Timing was good since my Cayman hit 50k miles. Had Kevin check the overall state of the car and provided me with a detailed report which we then reviewed together. All the work was done in 2 days, and the car drives great. I have owned 911s since 1985 and this is my fifth so I have experienced many shops. Freed is the best in my opinion due to the careful care, reasonable prices and professional operation. I really appreciate their honestly in telling me what I don't need and complimentary care like checking my header bolts no charge. I definitely recommend them and will return.
