Freedom Carwash Express

Absolutely the worst Carwash around! 830, 42° out and they are there, but it’s not open. People are pulling in and then seeing the sign and trying to back out onto the highway. It’s always a mess, everybody’s about to hit each other. It would be nice If the car wash that would open when it’s supposed to, and you wouldn’t have to work your schedule around theirs

Edit: I asked an employee, they said they didn’t know how to cancel the membership. That lead me to looking online. There isn’t a website for this location. After contacting my credit card, I was given the owner’s cell phone number from my CC company. He was able to cancel any further charges but refused to credit me the month I didn’t want (2 months I paid for while trying to cancel) because I didn’t have the name of the employee I spoke to. I used the carwash a few times since I wasn’t receiving a credit. I wouldn’t recommend this carwash. Car is never clean. I have been trying to cancel my membership for weeks, the web address they give me is not valid. Anyone know who to contact to cancel my membership?!?!

Well i paid 18-22 bucks to get the truck cleaned and come out and check it over and it's not clean the sides look good but the hood and top are still dirty all the way back told them and the ran me through again but it was just like a rinse wash I new if it didn't come clean with all the stuff they put on the first time this wasn't gonna work either and it looked the same won't be back. I've given them several tries now and same result SO if you think they got your vehicle clean look at the top

If I could give zero stars, I would, I overheard one of the employees cursing through his window about how I pulled up, went out to confront them, asked for their names they would not provide them, began to curse me more and asked me to file my complaint in their trashcan they would not give me the Manager‘s contact information or the owners. I’m never going back here. Don’t recommend anybody else going. If you have any damage to your ride good luck getting anything out of them. You won’t be able to get a hold of anybody, no contact information on their website no contact information with the chamber of commerce And no contact information with the city of Grove.

Only thing great about this carx wash is the wax and free vacuuming. Cheaper and better to do it manually at broadway.
