No financing games, no limits on card down payments, and everyone was genuinely friendly and professional. Had a great experience getting my first bike. Andrew was very understanding and pointed me in the right direction every step of the way. All of the staff is very welcoming and eager to help. 100% will be visiting again in the future.

Mechanics and staff in parts are knowledgeable and appreciate they were able to answer all my questions. The staff in sales were easy to work with. They were able to order a part for me at a price that was reasonable. Overall 5 star place for sure.

This place Rocks first the service department I had a recall on my RZR they called me to get it taken care of. Once we talked they ordered the part and once it came in they called me to make an appointment. Made the appointment for Nov 1 no set time just drop it off. Well Friday Oct 31was here I called them about 2:30pm to see if it was ok if I brought it to them that night the 31st they said of course no problem never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience just said YES. I live about 1 hour and 30 minutes from freedom cycle. So by the time I left work got home loaded the RZR up and got to Grandview it was about 5:50pm they close at 6:30pm. What they did next blew my mind and was so unexpected. I went in did the paperwork give them the keys and said I would be back tomorrow to pick
