Customer Reviews
They are charging full price to sell used parts that come with no packaging. Avoid all Chapman auto groups at all costs. Shame on you freeway chevy. You can see the old tag and the grit and grease from the other guy who had it before me. At least clean it and put it in a bag.
Made an appointment at 11am for oil change and airbag recall. When I arrived I was told that might be completed by end of day. What's the point of an appointment???
