Fretwell's Radiator & Muffler

Just showed up for a 10 o'clock appointment. Showed up ten minutes early and was told to wait for them to eat breakfast. I said no problem. Waited another 10 minutes only to have the tech completely ignore me as he passed by six or so times. Never asked a single question about why I was there or what I needed. Then he proceeded to ding the door of a ram pickup on the lift then it wouldn't start when he finally got it on the ground. After that he walked around to a van and just started fiddling with parts so I finally, after around 40 minutes, left and I will never be back nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Would give 0 stars if I could. Go anywhere else!

Went in for a much needed fast fix... they took me right in and got me fixed-up in no time... and at a fantastic cost. I don't give 5 stars very often, but these folks deserve the big 5.

I had mufflers installed on an antique car. It was the best workmanship ever. Danny sure takes a lot of pride in his work. The bill was very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Took my vehicle to get fixed about 2 months ago. When he “fixed” it he charged us and we paid for it. When we went to go pick it up it wouldn’t even turn on! He said he would fix it but it’s been almost 3 months and he keeps saying he will fix it and he hasn’t. This is place is not recommended at all. It’s terrible, very dishonest and very unreliable.

I am totally pleased with the work done on my jeep. The price was much less than I anticipated, he even stayed late to finish it.
