I had something wrong with my 2013 Honda accord that the dealership told me would be $4000 and James did it for 1/4 of the price! James and Rose are professional, brilliant, and treat everyone like family. My coworker has been going to them for ~20 years and she recommended them to me and now I get to pass the recommendation on! This is a wonderful trustworthy place to take your car.

Friends Auto is the most trustworthy mechanic/shop that I've used over the past 15+ years. I've used others in local counties and out of state when I moved, and they've either missed significant issues or overcharged, recommended things that didn't need to be done, etc. It's just hard to find someone that I can trust because of this, and it's why I'll drive 1+ hour to Friends Auto. The honesty and reliability of their service are worth it. My entire family uses them.

This is an auto body shop I'd gladly give 10 out of 5 stars! I was incredibly impressed by the owner's extensive professional knowledge and detailed explanations. Even though he was busy, he temporarily fixed the damaged part of my car for free, making it clean and presentable, and provided a very reasonable estimate. I highly recommend them to everyone.

When I stopped by the lady sitting there said you have to make a reservation to be seen. Do cars give you prior notice before breaking? No. Do they answer the phone so you can make a reservation? Never. Do they call you back? No. Maybe you can make a reservation for oil change or simple maintenance but it's obvious that they don't want to do anything else other than that. And why bother having a phone number if you are going to treat it like it doesn't exist? I do not understand how this business even have 5 stars.

The only place my family will take their vehicles for the last couple years. James and Rose are the best, so kind and there has not been a single thing James has not been able to fix for us! Very honest and knowledgeable about all things car related + best pricing around!
