Curtis communicated with me about the issues with my motor before analyzing and after his mechanic had an opportunity to work on the motor. He was up front about the need to take it to a merc dealer so their diagnostic tool could be used instead of his crew going on a fishing expedition. He charged me a more than fair price for the work that was completed. I have already recommended him to a friend and will return for future needs.
