I barely made it in before closing time. Luckily they helped me, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Im just glad I didn't have to do the tire swap myself! Thanks for saving my knuckles guys! Golf cart tires, wouldn't have been fun. Very nice new store! Thanks

Great experience, I had a mechanical issue while driving through on my way to Montana. They got me in immediately, didnt try to up sale me on anything, and had my truck safe to keep heading home in a couple hours. Friendly staff and straight shooters.

Couple weeks ago I had some issues with some fairly new steer tires on my truck. These guys took fantastic care of me. I was using the Burley location and had fantastic service there. But these guys opened up and are much closer. I am very happy with the service they are providing so far. Been in several times for patching drive tires and buying new trailer tires. Every time I’ve had great service.

The service was amazing at the Kimberly location! Freddy went above and beyond! Got new tires and shocks all around, and new front end bearings on one side on My F-450. The rear shock mounting bracket was bent and Freddy took care of it for no additional cost. Also got new batteries for the 7.3 Diesel, and Freddy cleaned up and changed a connector that was bad. There was still a vibration, so Freddy put the truck on the rack and ran it in the air. Figured out that the carrier bearing to the drive line was bad. No extra charge. We will have to get that replaced somewhere else. I also took another car in to get the front disc rotors turned, and the service was great! I will be using the Kimberly Les Schwab in the future.

They were extremely accommodating with my schdule. The big one is my wife was dropping my truck off and is moderately deaf. My wife said once they read the note about it they immediately spoke loudly enough for her, it did not go unnoticed.
