The timers on the equipment are way off! 25 cents for 10 seconds is ridiculous! You end up paying alot to was your own car. 3 dollars to vacuum out my truck and it didn't have much suction. Not happy with this place.

Put my money in and the sudsy brush doesn't work. I had to put more money in because it said I ran out of time. So when I put more money in I set a timer on my watch at the same time as I pushed start. As I had suspected from my first go at it, that timer is absolutely WRONG...IT STOPPED BEFORE I COULD GET THE ENTIRE CAR RINSED. just rinsed people!!! I was so angry I didn't even look at my timer. I proceeded to hand up the wand and as I reached for my door handle my watch timer went off alerting me that my time was up 😡😡.. I've said this before but NEVER again. This is my 3rd unsatisfied experience with this car wash. I've lived in Kimberly for 3 years now and have only had to use it 3 times. Each time I experienced a problem first 2 times was the automated wash.. wash at your own risk...

Car wash did not work after I put my debit card in and they still charged my card! Tried to call to get a refund and it wanted me to push 1 for a chance for a gift card or hang up! Pushing 1 is a total scam!

I saw the 2.1 stars before I went and I thought "how bad can it be"? Well, I give it one star. $3 for 2 minutes of wash. Let me tell you, I couldn't get around the vehicle for a quick was in 2 minutes. Ridiculously priced. Oh, and very little soap for the washing part. So really only good if you want to VERY QUICKLY rinse off some dust.

I put my card in and paid five dollars. It says the car wash was busy. I’m facing it, there’s nobody there! So now I’ve paid five dollars to watch an empty stall. This place is going downhill quickly. I will go to Twin Falls now.
