From our very first phone call inquiring about a vehicle on their lot, Andrea could not have been more helpful. She was very friendly and personable through the entire process! She was easy to work with, and did everything she could to make the purchase of a vehicle as pleasant as could be. As the only person there to do everything (from removing snow off cars, answering phones, cleaning toilets, detailing cars, etc.) she maintains her patience and pleasant demeanor. She was a joy to work with and, based on this experience, we would purchase another vehicle there again.

Never answered my wifes facebook marketplace msg, and the vehicle still sits. They left me on read. When I go to car gurus, all their cars are listed as highly priced. So, they list over retail, and don't respond. The vehicle is still there, weeks later. Do they not want to make sales? I remember when they were over by the high school, I bought a Plymouth Breeze from them, and they were very attentive etc. Did they switch ownership?

Bought a truck from G&G. In less than a month… been chasing multiple check engine/abs/brake lights…had 2 of 4 brakes need repair…in to the auto shop for bearing replacement, and sway bar links, because, get this… the sway bar was installed up side down! LET THE BUYER BE WARE is definitely an understatement when dealing with G&G!!!

Bought a truck and within a year the frame rusted out.. when I called and told them they said they had it on the rack and a screwdriver wouldn't go through it.. was told to have someone weld it to get another 4 years out of it until I can get something different

GF bought a Ford Escape for 5k in the spring. The day of bringing it back it shook and all the lights flashed. Found out coolant is getting in the engine and brakes were shot. Pursuing legal against them as well as reported it to the DMV. If you have issues as well report them to the DMV.
