I bought a used engine with a 6mo. warranty. This particular engine is notorious for cracking the heads. So my mechanic tore the engine apart and found not only cracked heads but rod bearings that were pitted and down to copper. So I called G&R and asked if I put the engine back together if I could get a refund. They asked me why I tore it apart so I explained the problem these engines had with the heads and I wanted tho make sure they weren't cracked. They told me because my mechanic tore it apart it was my problem and I would get no refund. I would never consider going to these people ever again.

Needed a particular part for my car and called to see about getting it shipped to me in Washington state. Not only did G&R have it, they were happy to fulfill my request. It came well packaged and complete.

Great counter people, the inventory is like no others around. They have all newer cars and trucks, high quality parts, and very reasonable prices. If they don't have it a lot of times they can get it in fast.

The people was hard working and honest I purchased a brand new exhaust system on line .put it on my mustang during the 4th of july and was looking forward to getting it smogged .it was not meant to be .thieves creped up and stole it.it took me a minute to save the 2300 dollars to get the partmy stepdaughter is very sick most of what my misses and me make go towards her medical.ill likely be 2 years or better before i can get another one

Great customer service, called for a part guy pulled it up no problem by the time I arrived it was ready to go i left a happy man :)
