I have used G2 for 5 years now for maintenance on my 2011 Mini. Jenna and Gary have always been very friendly and seem to appreciate my business. The mechanic have stood at the front desk or at my Mini and answered every question I had no matter how lame it might seem to them. I have found them to be knowledgeable about my older Mini and don't seem to do work just to do work. If they spot a issue, they have on numerous occasions told me to hold off until a later date. Or we can do that repair at the same time we do different repair and save on labor. Over the years, I have come to appreciate that if they say don't wait on a repair, it is probably in my best interest to get the work done. Highly recommend.

We entered into a financing agreement with G2 automotive repair shop. After funding was provided, the agreed-upon payments stopped and the account went into default. Multiple attempts were made to resolve the matter directly, but the obligation remains outstanding. Sharing this experience so that other vendors and financial partners can conduct appropriate due diligence before extending credit or services.

Completely Unprofessional, Untrustworthy, and a Total Rip-Off I took my car to this shop with high hopes, but what I experienced was nothing short of a nightmare. I dropped my car off, and for TWO WEEKS, not a single person even bothered to look at it. I was given the runaround every time I called, with promises that they'd "get to it soon" — promises that were clearly empty. Gary and Jenna were very professional. My BMW430i with the M package runs just smoother or better than the day I drove it off the BMW Lot. Great service and A AWESOME EXPERIENCE. MY BABY HAS A NEW HOME NOW.

G2 replaced a transmission pan on my 750 BMW and post their work a leak occurred that destroyed the transmission. They refused to take any responsibility for the damage and were exceedingly dishonest and disrespectful over the whole affair. Would not recommend. Post transmission pan replacement the car started leaking a red clear fluid that Gary (the owner) swore was engine oil. A number of months later the car started shifting horribly and I brought it in to G2 and the mechanic told me it was low on transmission fluid and they added over a quart - after which the car drove a lot better, but not as good as before. Gary told me the transmission is damaged and will cost me $7000 to repair. He then told me the transmission wasn't leaking and the mechanic didn't add any fluid - 100% false. In
