These gentlemen went above and beyond the day after the heavy snow. Not a local but a truck driver and a immediate need. Not only did they change the service date which should've been next day. They were courteous enough to offer me assistance with my brief stay while servicing. It's not always about the service that we come for though we like good service. It's about heart posture and being decent individuals who truly care, and without expecting it, these stand up guys formulated a plan to get me in and out same day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Totally worth the visit DONT HESITATE! 🚛 COME SEE THESE GUYS KEVIN IS AT THE FRONT DESK, HE'LL TAKE GREAT CARE OF YOUR NEEDS!
Real geniuses answer the phone for parts. Better off calling Dario than wasting time on the phone with these guys. You’ll be able to get to Worcester and back before these guys find what you’re looking for on the phone. They have all day so their customers must too
Worst experience ever! They charging me $900 to read me codes my dash and my scanner can read me. They want me to change filter housing they already changed and it never fixed a problem. Very incompetent! William filling in for other managers won’t even listen. They had a truck for 3 days to read me codes. Promised to call in the morning to let me know how they will handle warranty issue and instead charged me over their posted Diognastic rate for their failure. Been buying parts and fixing trucks there until William filled in.((( Following up, what Diognastic? OEM filters fixed all problems. Your mechanic made up all these Diognastic, was cheaper to change filters))) Just random list of parts with out looking into history it was already changed.
If I can give 0 start I would customer service through the phone really unprofessional, no help at all after 10 call they answer the phone to be no help and hang up. Real waist of time.
One of the best places around for Volvo/Mack trucks. Service department always comes thru for me and are very accurate and are on time.(THEY MAKE IT HAPPEN) Parts department is just as good. Highly recommend this place for any kind warranty work service work and parts as well..AND YES YOU CAN ORDER A CUSTOM TRUCK FROM THEM AS WELL
