The best service department.... The guys at this location always provide excellent customer service. The reception, heard & understood my concerns. They took my truck in immediately and the knowledgeable/skillful service guys started working on it. What more can I ask for? I would trust them with any future issues. They dont tell part number to anyone, so nobody can't buy a cheap part from anywhere else. Thats how they sold $30 part in $300.
Called in the afternoon for an a/c compressor. I was informed that it was in stock so I let them know I would have my driver go and pick it up. When driver shows up, its before their closing time and let him in, but when he gets to the parts counter "Gustavo" says they're closed and that he doesnt see anything by the counter. I ask my guy to speak to him, and he states it would take him atleast 10 minutes to lookup parts. I explain to Gustavo that I had already called earlier, and if he needed part numbers I had them to make things quicker. He says no he cannot and to return the next day. I explain we arent from the area, and all the dealers from our area are out of stock on the part, only they have it. I also explain that its been 100 degrees out and my guys melting in his truck, and to
Today, the service team took real good care of me. When a tech was stumped, Becky found the foreman, and he overcame the steering column hang-up. They got the cable replaced, and I'm on my way to my drop on time. Bené
Honestly I have a great experience here From Frank, to Becky to Carlos! I would recommend this Gabrielli to anyone this is a household name that just keeps the USA Volvo-Mack Brands Up and trucking. It’s an unforgettable experience to I’m happy to have been apart of with this Dealer Family. Would come back anytime I’m in the area and am in need of a Service on any of my Vole-Mack Trucks!
