Gaffey Insurance

As a tenant, the apartments are very nice, affordable, and the younger landlord is very helpful. HOWEVER- the older landlord is the most rude man I’ve ever met in my life. After already accusing me once of being a different tenant, today he BLOCKED MY CAR IN THE DRIVE WAY to accuse me AGAIN. Knocked on my window to say “you’re in ___ right?” WRONG. He already evicted the sweet Latina woman with children and accused me of being her. How racist!! I told him to his face how unprofessional he is and how if he has problems with tenants he should confront them directly instead of cornering them at 7 am. His response? “Well it’s hard when you have 300 tenants.” All I hear is “wahh it’s so difficult being a landlord and doing my job boohoo” 😒 We have been nothing but perfect tenants and he still d

Chelsea is great! Mary the owner not so great. Terrible service, doesn't return calls unless to her benefit. Unethical landlord! I don't recommend renting from Gaffey Properties. They charged me with erroneous fees so they didn't return my full deposit. They refused to work with me when I had to move because my job and locate to another city. I paid out my entire lease even thought I was being kind by leaving a working washer and dryer in the unit that I paid for, but apparently greed is important. Good luck with that Gaffey's.

Poor customer service using their insurance services. First of all they close at 4:30 every day which is unfavorable for everyone except them. Secondly I have left important, time sensitive messages for my agent several times never to have them returned. That agent by the way seems to have a habit of being out of the office during business hours more than anyone I have ever encountered. They don't accept cash and the only person worth a damn in the office seems to be the receptionist so I would advise you to take your business elsewhere. I will be.

Robert Gaffey has been a great agent for me, I once baught a new motorcycle and he contacted me after working hours to make sure I was insured with the lowest rate when I brought the bike home! However a downside is Robert is really busy so many times he will get to you at the end of the business day. So try and get to him as early in the day as you can He always has taken great care of me.

My daughter rented from him more than 15 years ago. He was extremely dishonest and tried to cheat her out of her deposit plus charge her an additional $900 for carpet replacement and damages she didn't cause. She took him to small claims court and won. As we were leaving the Court House, he drive by and flipped us off. And that was before the verdict was issued. He's a man totally without class!
