Went their because we've seen a 2018 GMC, Acadia online, we went and looked at it, it was smashed up. The tires were close to the wear bars when I asked if they could put new tires on, they said that they were losing money that they could take it to the auction and make more money than what they were selling it to me For that the salesman smelled like he had alcohol on his breath. The owner was there, rude and condescending. Definitely, would not buy anything from them. Terrible attitude, terrible sales demeanor. Went down the road and bought newer. Vehicle, it's their loss.

4 years ago the vehicle I had died, engine problems and it was going to cost more to fix it then the value of the vehicle. We called the local dealerships and when we told Darren and Gary at Gagnon's why we were looking for a vehicle they did not hesitate and brought a brand new vehicle to my work for me to take home for the night. Yes, I ended up buying that vehicle. 3 weeks ago, I had some warranty work done on that particular vehicle. I spotted a couple of vehicles that I would love to have. The following week I called Darren and inquired about those vehicles. Darren worked his magic, gave me a very fair trade in for my 2020 Buick and the next day I am the proud owner of a 2025 GMC. Fast service, friendly and competent staff, great parts department. Owner is on site and very present. Positive experience. The entire business bends over backwards to make you satisfied!!!!

Could not be happier today! I have buy trucks every couple years (work), typically Ford, a couple Dodges over the years but not GMC/Chevrolet. Wow have I been missing out on great service, forgot what it was like! Will definitely be returning, even though the dealership is 150 miles away, it is worth every penny. Thanks again guys!

EVERY TIME I go there for a simple appointment, it always costs me well over $250. It never fails that they find something wrong that needs fixing. I'm going to get a second opinion on any work that I get quoted.
