i brought my jeep in for 3 separate problems and they got it in and out within two weeks. speedy GREAT quality service. i talked with zach directly and he was so communicative throughout the entire process. he kept me up to date on everything. very happy with my service and the process it came out to at the end. 10/10 service from zach!!!

Had a very good experience with these guys. Very professional and friendly guys here. As a woman i feel wary of mechanics, as some have been known to scam women and speak in a belittling manner. i felt that these guys explained the issues with my car in a clear and non-condescending way. As well as quoting me a fair price for the work being done. I really like the system they have of taking pictures of things that need to be repaired with en estimate of the costs in a really convenient link for easy viewing.

I had my car serviced by Gales Auto Repair in December. Cam was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and overall provided great customer service. The work that was done on my car by was excellent. I’ve had the car back for over a week and it’s been running really well. Highly recommend.

I had something hanging down underneath my car, making it unsafe to drive. I drive all day, all over the state. Decided to stop in at Gales to see if they could diganose it. I had less than an hour time frame. They had me in, out and back on the road again in 10 minutes. No charge, didn't pay a penny. Just a fist bump, and "drive safe". My car is the most crucial part of my job. To be able to experience such professional and friendly service is just a bonus to the great work these guys do. Thanks Gales'!
