Rain (sp?) did an excellent job - knowledgeable, experienced, efficient - focused on the job and did a couple extra checks to make sure the tow was necessary. Received about a dozen "we're on our way " messages.

Definitely the nicest towing company that I’ve worked with. Being nice when you have to get a truck towed is the most important thing. Everyone has competitive rates for towing, but how employees, office admin or billing staff treat you is really the only thing you care about when your vehicle is getting towed.

Kyle has been our recovery driver twice now. Both times we have found him to be very professional, always friendly and quite knowledgeable. We appreciate having a local tow company that we can count on to be quick in their service as well as honest and fair in their pricing.

My tow truck driver was amazing. Once AAA got us connected he showed up in 5 minutes, was able to recommend two local mechanics, communicated clearly, and to top it all off was charming and entertaining. Gales Towing was a bright spot on a frustrating night. This was the second time this particular driver rescued me in this situation (Subaru head gasket died).

Called our AAA and used our perk for towing so that was good ! Advised Gales Towing would be the company to sent out. Immediately received a notification from Gales, update on when they would arrive. Arrived to our home to tow our work truck out of garage …this was not a normal tow as the truck is tucked to the side of garage a very tight situation to get out. Kyle did great had the right pads to gently pull truck away from wall, use wench and hooked it up and took it out to the mechanic Friendly, professional and yet a good sense of humor and made this not good day a little better
