Great experience with this shop so far after work on two vehicles. Their diagnostics can at first seem a bit spendy, but their work costs seem to balance that out well. They're also very honest about charging for what they do/diagnose and not for what they don't. They play it straight about recommending what's needed and what's just a "nice to have". Importantly, they were able to correctly diagnose and fix a critical braking issue that 3 other shops couldn't figure out. I'll definitely be a repeat customer! Juan was awesome to work with. 5 stars!

Excellent service, have brought multiple vehicles in and the team here always gets them in quick and has them up and running with no problem! Everyone who works here is very friendly and great about updates when your car is in the shop. Will keep bringing my cars here knowing they will be in good hands and taken care of.

No one likes paying for auto repairs. But I have been bringing my vehicles to Precision for years (including my classic Studebaker) and they have always been helpful and fair. Their knowledgeable mechanics are available to explain their diagnosis and repair suggestions and the folks in the office are friendly. Their shop has a welcoming, hometown vibe, and I never feel pressured or overcharged for work done. I know folks who come from miles away to have their vehicles repaired here.

A great experience (multiple, in fact) at Precision. Mark, and Juan have been helpful, informative, honest, with good communication and competitive pricing. Very happy with multiple projects through them on my 68 Camaro.
