Took my high mileage truck in for comprehensive maintenance. I was provided a loaner with zero hassle and all work was completed timely and it runs fantastic now. It’s good to have a high quality independent shop to visit. Excellent service.

Great service! We had the car inspected, and found that the brakes needed replacing. Parts ordering and repairs were needed. They kept us apprised of what was happening and when parts would be available. Also let us borrow a loaner car while our car was being serviced.

They listened to my concerns and theory on what was wrong with my truck. Which was good and they didn't waste a bunch of time on the wrong thing. I typically do all my own repairs, so I can be a picky customer and am not fooled by shady shops. They treated me well, up front about all their prices and costs. I'd recommend them and would take other challenges to them in the future.

I have spent years looking for a trust worthy, quality auto shop and Steve's is that place. I can't recommend them enough. While we have had several happy repairs previously, it was the recent issue that cemented the outstanding service of this team. We had an auto issue that could have easily run up to 20K in repairs, that any mechanic could have taken advantage of. Not this team! They were extremely transparent in both estimate and damages (known and unknown) and more than supportive of all the time it took for us to get comfortable in making the best decision for our family. We will never stop taking our vehicles to Steve's.

Transparency!! I love the transparency of this shop. Their text and email communications provide all suggested service, allowing you to accept or decline, and provide all pricing. And i not only got a shuttle trip home but also a shuttle service BACK to pick up my car. Their customer service is over the top!
