The owner of the shop is extremely rude and disrespectful. He demonstrates a clear lack of professionalism and concern for his customers, focusing solely on financial gain rather than fostering positive customer relationships. Individuals of color, in particular, should be cautious, as the level of disrespect is especially pronounced. Additionally, the owner spoke in Spanish, unaware that I understood the language, which further revealed his unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, especially people of color. However, I must note that the staff members are very kind and courteous.
