Gambrills Auto Spa

My favorite part of the auto spa is the part where I come home after and actually clean my car myself again because they seemingly miss everything. These photos are all after my visit today, which was specifically because we had a yogurt splatter incident in the car. The yogurt was seemingly completely untouched after my around $50 purchase 😍

I've been coming to this auto spa for a few years and the service has become subpar. I chose the highest tier service. My interior looks like it wasnt touched. These pictures - which speak for themselves - were taken as soon as I left. My two front floor mats were cleaned, and thats it. Highly dissatisfied. I wont be wasting any more of my time or money here.

Update 7/15/2025. The manager did contact me and offered an apology and a complimentary wash. I took advantage of the free wash and I'd say it was marginally better this time. Still, I have to say they're not very thorough. If you just want a quick wash with a once-over, this place is fine. Waste of money. The machine wash was fine, but I got the "Platinum" for nearly $60 which is supposed to include door panel cleaning, etc. They barely vacuumed my truck and I basically had to do everything over again when I got home.

I just spent $46 and my car is still dirty. Didn’t vacuum the seats, dash dusty and not wiped properly. Upon further review they didn’t wipe down anything on the inside of the car. This place used to be good and the service I received was very disappointing.

Today was my first day it was so back cause i payed the best price $46 and the spanish guys have not done there work.However, i have to tell them to clean the dirty spot really really bad experience first time in future i will recommend my frnds and family not to come here again pls train your guys first
