I took a Jaguar there to get serviced because I was going to give the car to my sister for a graduation gift. It was going to be a quick tune up. I dropped the car off at 12:00 PM on May 27, 2025. On that same Tuesday the 27th he called me after his hours at 7:45 PM. I didnt answer the phone call as it was after hours and wasnt expecting a call from the mechanic that late after hours when they close at 6:00 PM. The owner then texted me at 11:00 AM the next morning asking me why I didnt take the car last night but why I waited until the next morning to take the car. I had no idea what he was talking about. If your looking for a mechanic that's down to earth and reasonable then look no further. I know the shop is small but what it lacks in size it makes up with quality and speed. Alfredo is great and listens to you and treats you with respect and not like just another dumb customer who cant seem to find the right words to describe your autos issues.

G&M customer service was terrific. They worked with me to find the right tires and got me an unbeatable price. A welcomed departure from typical car services that attempt to oversell you. Outstanding team over there 10/10.

Very informative and truthful. Walked me thru the process of certain things and was able to help me understand my vehicle more. Very nice and personable and well educated in the automotive field. Definitely recommend.
