Ganley Westside Hyundai Service

I took my car here to get a part replaced and when I got my car back, there was around $2 in quarters stolen from my car! The money itself isn't a big deal but that is extremely unprofessional behavior from the mechanics. Great way to lose trust from your customers and I'm never bringing my car back here. The guys working the front desk were nice and professional though.

Terrible service. They have lost my car in their own lot 3 times. They gave me my car back with a flat tire, when I turn around and asked them to put air in my tire they told me I didn't come in for my tires (which in fact I did). Regardless of that fact, that's dangerous and they showed zero concern. I will never go back.

I owned a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. I got regular oil changes, tire rotations, as needed, etc. I lived in Lakewood and went to a local mechanic from the time I bought the car which I think was 2018, owed less than $2000. Fast forward 2021, we moved to Parma so I started having the oil changed at Take 5. One day the car started doing weird things, it wouldn't accelerate when pushing the gas. It would eventually accelerate but this issue kept happening, limiting me driving on the freeway. So took her to the dealership for the first time, her check engine light was on as well, but she didn't do the same thing and by the appointment no light. Brought her back, can't remember the light part, but my Dad came with me this time. I was told to buy a new car, not a Hyundai, provided a list for possible

Mike, Gus, Jacob, and Cyrus are the best service people! They will take care of you and your car. I recently had my oil changed done here and they went above and beyond! They also provide water bottles, coffee, and even snacks. Amazing team 10/10.
