I recently visited Garden Grove Nissan for a recall service, and my experience was excellent. I arrived at 8 a.m., and even though the service center was pretty quiet, I was promptly checked in and given a precise time estimate for the work. The team finished the service in under three hours, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had also washed and cleaned my vehicle. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional, and although I didn’t use the available amenities, it was nice to see they were there for customers. Overall, I appreciate the efficient, detail-oriented service and recommend Garden Grove Nissan!
