Very clean and the best service facility I’ve ever seen in a Used Car Dealership. Great people to work with

Dropped my car off here for repairs. They told for a week straight that it would be ready within the next 1-2 days. Today marks a week since we dropped it off, and we hadn't heard any updates, so we gave them a call just to hear that they've FORGOTTEN about it. Sorry, but that's ridiculous, and I'm not at all happy. They say they'll now have it ready tomorrow; guess we'll see how that works out since they've been telling us that for days already.

They are good but it took over 6 times of them trying to fix my new car and they never could find the problem. I took the car back to the place I bought it from and swapped for a different car. Now the car is for sale again. There's no way that car is resellable. If they did finally fix it, why couldn't they have done that when I owned it?

DO NOT BUY FROM GARNER AUTO LLC!! I purchased a 45 thousand dollar truck from garner auto, only to have the brakes totally FAIL on me almost resulting in a fatal car crash. Garner Auto offered me practically no assistance in resolving the issues with the truck after telling me it was thoroughly inspected before purchase. I cannot and will not recommend anyone to this dealership. If you do buy from here, take your vehicle to a pro and get it inspected IMMEDIATELY.

We will definitely be buying a vehicle or 2 from here. Prices and customer service can't be beat. I was happy from my experience and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
