I have recommended Jerry’s & shouted their praise from the rooftops for years! My husband & I have loved dealing with Jerry. Unfortunately, now it’s Brad that you deal with & he definitely does not operate with the same integrity as his dad. We have paid for work that wasn’t done (re-sealing windows & compartments) and when we call back to talk to Brad about this he is quick to ask us if we’re sure because that sealant is clear & could be hard to see instead of being gracious or apologetic. After our RV was in the shop, I noticed our garbage can was missing. Brad and Allen and the staff installed a new water heater in my camper. They were very efficient and professional. Their great communication and fair pricing will bring me back. Recommend!!

Let me first start with sayingWe had purchased several parts from Jerry's RV. And we're very happy with the service, so we decided to bring our 2009 heartland bighorn, in for repair. This was definitely a mistake! We explained to the maintenance man that we wanted everything on the camper turn key ready . Everything was supposed to be resealed, and anything that was broken to please fix.We were charged over 5000 for a job that was at best mediocre. When we got our rv back from getting it fixed, we had a water leak. we had urine in the toilet also trash in the bathroom, drain lines with pin holes , and on top of everything else. We were camping local and had issues with our water heater not staying lit. I called Jerry’s Rv for a mobile repair service, they gave my info over to a tech and he contacted me within the hour, and walked me through different steps to take before physically coming out, we got everything fixed over the phone and didn’t charge me a dime! Definitely will do business in the future! Thank you everyone at Jerry’s RV!

Called and asked about a mobile service they informed me that they don’t do that, but they gave me the number to one of their mechanics that works in the shop and said he could do it Told the guy I need our air conditioners clean because we had a bad odor coming from them of Cigarette smoke, the guy came out the very next day and moved a piece of Styrofoam in the air conditioner to improve our airflow We paid him a service call fee and labor in good faith. He was supposed to come back Saturday to finish cleaning it and never did wouldn’t answer the phone the day before wouldn’t respond to text messages Not sure why this place is referring a guy like this I was finally able to reach him after calling back up here and requesting that he called me back and then I still had to call him now
