Hines Tire Tuscumbia

Just bought a tire two days ago, was never given my receipt and the tire i got is bubbled, wobbly, and losing air faster than I can put it in. EDIT: I went back today to speak with them and these guys hooked me up immediately. No questions asked just fast friendly and service with a smile. Y'all turned my bad day into a great day. Thank y'all for your hard work, and to the lady working the office today, you're the sweetest!

They refuse to give me a refund after I gave them their tires back because the dealership came and got the car from them. Do not use this place they will screw you over I have never been able to get my refund back. we didn't even leave the parking lot with the tires.

Very polite employees plugged up my wife's tire and checked the pressure of the other tires in and out quickly

You wanted to leave at 12 and left my husband to drive with one lungnut on his tire after breaking THREE studs or whatever (would be understandable it was 1-2 but 3?!) I’ve called around that’s not even close to being true plus you BROKE them. sent my husband out on a death wish then blame my car? Very unprofessional and most definitely do not use!!! Not to mention I called to CONFIRM you wanted to send my husband home with the tire barely hanging on and “hope” he made it home. Luckily he’s smart enough to stay but imagine if he didn’t. Update : your crew is also telling a bunch of lies we wasTOLD you would fixed it Monday and even called Hines in Florence and said this was all wrong. Not only did I CALL I asked TWICE “so you told my husband it’s okay to drive safe?” HE SAID YES TWICE A
