This company is over charging people. Absolutely do not use them unless you want to pay over $2,000 for a tow.

If we could give a zero start it would definitely apply to this company. Our 26ft under 26000 box truck was stuck on the side of the road after the driver slid off the road. Apparently someone requested this tow company from what they said. Law enforcement was on the scene. When we called Garrett’s they stated that they had a truck already on the way. So we gathered that law enforcement requested them. When we got the final bill, they tried to charge 4k!! The truck wasn’t submerged or flipped over it was only stuck. It was drivable after being pulled out. Its hard to explain so I’ll attach a picture. When they sent a break down of charges they charged us for a medium duty and large duty town truck which was highly unreasonable! Apparently they are not regulated when it comes to Incident Ma

there the worse people dnt use them they overcharge and take advantage on the truck driver they came to tow my truck tow me 15miles in lesss then 1 hour and charge me a min of 4hrs@$650 plus’s a hook up of $150 that’s understandable and fiss fee another $150 what ever that is and $700 call out fee made it a grand total of $3600 in less then 2 hours at the most i think us truck driver we are in the wrong business 1tow a week and we have a paycheck worse towing ever Do Not Use them ask for Prices Before proceeding.

I had gotten a tow from I don’t even know where I was to an auto zone in Carthage. They were pretty quick for it being 8 at night and the driver was very knowledgeable. Hands down really good service and I’d recommend again.

I had an accident and I called them. They brought a truck that was too small to pull my truck out of a ditch so they had to get a second truck. After they pulled my truck out they towed it about 15 mi back to Carthage and then charged me $1,045. They are way too expensive and I do not recommend them.
