Got a flat tire going thru Beverly Hills around 6pm.. Tow truck took to Gary's. I talked to Karen the next morning with details. I picked up my car around 5:30, they checked all fluids, good to go. Very pleasant, knowledgeable employees

I’m new to the area and had to have my car towed after it broke down. The tow truck driver recommended that I take it to Gary Automotive and I accepted his recommendation since I didn’t know of anything in the area. From the first moment I called and spoke to Karen. They were kind and treated me with respect. They were great at communication and gave me a couple options with fair prices when I found out that my issue was actually due to a recall, they coordinated everything with a dealership on my behalf. They were easy to work with fair and pricing and made a loyal customer due to this circumstance.

When I’m in Citrus County something BIG seems to happen to me and my vehicle(S). lol! Yes! VEHICLES. Gary’s has been my Mom’s mechanic since she moved here 8 years ago? I lived elsewhere. But Robert at Gary’s has literally SAVED MY BUTT and always got me in there. Maybe not OUT the same day, but ALWAYS eases my mind and gets my vehicles taken care of. I used to have a truck. Then another SUV. Now a Buick and regardless of $$ because we all know you pay for what you get at a mechanic. Well sometimes spending a little more for peace of mind is a definite when you are a female driver that is NOT mechanically inclined!! So thank you to the staff and to you guys for all the hard work and quality work you do at Gary’s!!!!

Robert was able to fix my Cadillac SRX when multiple mechanics said nothing could be done and we needed to wait on a part that may not be in stock for months to years! Thank goodness for Gary’s Automotive- we are back on the road and everything works great, not to mention the fabulous customer service and price. Thank you for being one of the few honest mechanics left, highly recommend 😊

I have been working with Gary/Robert and their team for over a decade. Both of these gentlemen are a pleasure to work with. I find their work to be of superior quality. They stand by their work, no matter how big or small the repair may be. I have referred several of my friends and every one of them has been satisfied with the work performed. Having a go to team for all my automotive needs is must and Gary and his team meet all of my needs. I would recommend them to anyone.
