I recently brought my 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 into George’s to get a new “front end”. After my boyfriend decided he could do some of the repairs himself, we had George’s change the power steering line, install the pitman arm and allegedly do an alignment. My truck came back WORSE then it went in. My steering wheel was completely sideways, we called they said that they did an alignment and the right caliber was sticking, still, at a stop, the steering wheel should be straight. We called back in again at which time they proceeded to argue about the work done. Today, that same line they put on, busted, leaving me with a truck with no steering and no brakes with a trailer on the back. This is a first come, first served establishment. Get there early amd get in line. This is the ONLY place I could take my 26" wheels to be balanced. They didn't bat an eye and balanced my billets without question. Drove smooth as glass after they were done. Thanks!

I brought my car into a couple times last November and December. And not once did they fixed the problem to my car. I took it to another mechanic shop for an oil change and told me all what needs to be done with my car because George’s didnt fix any of it. They said it looks like parts were thrown onto it just to get the check engine light to go off. So I spend a lot of money at georges to have the same issues with my car . Now I gotta spend more money to actually give it fixed probably so thanks a lot to your business for taking my money and not fixing the problem that the other mechanic shop said you should have fixed or even saw to fix it. My car was unsafe to drive. I wish I could get some of my money back for things that didn’t even need to be done. But I know that’s wishful thinking…
