I highly recommend Gates Ford. I was able to negotiate the sale over the phone so all I had to do was come in, sign the paperwork, pay and leave. They had it waiting on me when I pulled in. It was very easy. They were kind, upfront and honest. I appreciated that. Darren was a great salesman and after purchase, I called the service department and spoke with Victoria who was PHENOMENAL! Service Department is great. Scheduled my repair and they got me in and out in just a few days. This was a Major repair and I knew parts would need to be ordered. They actually returned my vehicle a few days sooner than expected. They called me at every step of the repair so I never had to call and check on my vehicle. Can't say enough about how well they communicated with me every step of the way. It was so great never having to call them because they had already called me.
