Gateway BMW Ducati Motorcycles

My experience with Gateway has been fantastic. They helped my group and I out with an emergency repair on a trip we did from Chicago to LA. They basically saved us from having to end the trip. So great was their help that we traded in one of our older bikes (not the repaired one, that one is still functioning perfect till this day) on the trip and left with a new one that day. We also came back and purchased another a couple of months later. All three experiences where excellent. We are down in South Florida, but still chose to buy the bikes at Gateway. I purchased my second used bike from Gateway BMW. Customer Service is awesome! The purchase was seamless, easy going, accurate to what I saw on the website. I really appreciated the personal orientation provided by Hons and Mark. It helped me understand the difference between my 2017 GSA that I’ve ridden 106,000mi and my new to me 2020 bike with 25,000mi on it. When I purchased my first Ike I was able to attend the Gateway Adventure School. It helped me understand how much I didn’t know and the value of investing in my big bike motorcycle skills. These folks are awesome!

Extremely impressed. I was treated like it was the 20th bike purchased from them not the 1st. Any questions I had were answered with ease. They took the time to walk me through all the features of the bike and make sure I understood them. Coming from a long history in the automotive dealership world these guys are doing it right. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody looking for a new or used bike.

This is great place to buy a bike, great sales and service, what a team! Greeted at the door by a lady, I’m terrible with names, but while my salesman,Jon was busy with another customer, she made sure my paperwork was going and she went over the details of my bike. Super service! Once I had the paperwork done, (10 minutes) Jon and another employee helped load it up and strap it down. I’m very happy with the purchase, and the great service. Job well done. Just purchased a new Ducati Panigale V4 from here! My salesman Jon was attentive, transparent, and made finding my next new bike fun and easy. Super low pressure sales environment, demo bikes available for test rides (including demo gear if you didn’t bring your own!!), and a very well maintained showroom. With it being winter, I opted to have my new bike delivered to my house instead of riding it home and they were even able to deliver it same-day! Great customer service. I purchased multiple OEM accessories, many of which require install, and their service department is great to work with too! Parts department is knowledgeable and made ordering accessories easy.
