Everyone I met in the Collision/Service place in St.Louis, MO was extremely helpful, service was fast, my Macan was even hand washed after everything I needed was completed. Also, in waiting area( waited for 2 hours), I was served a great latte! Departed as a happy customer 😀.

Made appt for Missouri state emissions test. Beautiful quiet waiting area, fast service and a car wash. Best possible experience.

Porsche Service Center Chesterfield was extremely gracious in the handling of my older Cayenne. They answered each of my many questions and were so attentive. They happened to have in stock an unusual tire size for my Cayenne and were able to get me back on the road safely. Amazing people, fast service and wonderful lobby area. Could not recommend higher!

This was my first visit to the Porsche service center. Brian was very patient and thorough in explaining the process and intervals of upcoming service. He was also very helpful in answering questions that I had as well, even offering to have me meet with the technician and walk under the car to show me everything. I was very impressed with the level of service I received.

You will experience an elevated level of pre service communication in Center personalized attention and diagnosis/repair Maybe a few dollars more but done right with pictures videos first then certified trained technician repairs. Its worth every penny
