Mike and his tech were outstanding!! I brought my vehicle in on a Sat morning at 8:50am needing an entire exhaust. They already had parts being delivered in less than an hour and had everything done before 3pm. Phenomenal job!

Took our car to Meineke to get a "second opinion" about a lot of things another shop indicated our car needed to have done. The mechanic at Meineke indicated that many of those supposed issues were NOT issues. The shop manager Mike was wonderful and pleasant to deal with. Look forward to have this shop do the needed work on our car in the near future. Highly recommend this shop!

This shop is poorly ran. I’ve given them multiple opportunities and it is simply a not up to par Meineke. Pure carelessness for the customer’s time and property. One occasion I brought my vehicle in for an oil change the paperwork given after the service said one oil type was put into the vehicle and the sticker on window said another type. Both were not what was supposed to be in my vehicle at all. Met with resistance and excuses when I called this out. Being questioned on my knowledge of oil viscosity which was a horrible way to try and justify their negligence. Another most recent time I made a 12:00pm appointment for simple safety and emissions test done. I dropped off my vehicle at 10:00am because I work close by figured better to have my car there before hand than try to make it on t

I had my alternator replaced at Meineke Car Care – Chesterfield, and the entire process went very smoothly from start to finish. The pricing was accurate and transparent with no surprises, and the workmanship was excellent. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the service. I highly recommend this store for honest, reliable, and quality auto repair work.

Mike and Nick at the Long Road location are top notch. It is rare to find an auto repair shop that is both highly skilled and price competitive. This shop is both. Highly recommended.
