I had an incredibly disappointing experience during my recent visit. Tommy was completely unprofessional in both attitude and approach. He stated that my vehicle would be “the most expensive Land Cruiser on earth,” which was not only inaccurate but also unnecessarily condescending. This was especially frustrating considering they had an identical model on their Houston lot with higher mileage priced at $106,000. All I was asking was nearly half of that. Tommy clearly lacks basic customer service skills and professionalism. I truly regret not reading the reviews beforehand unsurprisingly, his name comes up in nearly every negative review. I’ve always great experiences at Gateway Classic cars. Tommy is very knowledgeable in answering questions about the inventory. The prices are very competitive with other companies, and the customer service is top notch.

The sales tactics used by some of the salesmen here are extremely unprofessional. Lowballing people on Facebook and other platforms is unacceptable, and the pushy consignment approaches feel outdated and shady. Consumers deserve transparency and respect, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. I am happy to Explain in more detail!

WARNING!!! If you buy a car from this dealership you may attract unwanted attention from women... What am I saying unless they are toothless wonder, for a late 40s guy any attention from women is awesome! Please remember most any 30+ year old car for under 20k will not be perfect. This one has its issues but the experience was great! BUY YOUR teenage dream car now. Life is too short to drive around in a mini van or a wannabe SUV
