Gateway Tire & Service Center

I believe this was my first time personally taking my vehicle to Gateway, and I must say I was beyond pleased with the experience. I dropped my vehicle off the night before, completed the form explaining what it needed, placed my keys in the envelope, and received a phone call early the next morning confirming that I did, in fact, need an alignment. About 20 minutes later, I received a text letting me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I walked into the clean facility, Kendall greeted me and asked how he could help. I realized he was the one who had called me earlier and thanked him for his assistance. He was very down to earth and professional. I also overheard his coworkers interacting with their customers in the same polite, professional, and informative manner. The entire team

So … I drive only Toyotas & normally get my tires from the dealership, but they did not have them in stock in 2025 . I went to Gateway who did have them in stock and found out that they do free tire rotations!! If I’m not mistaken, Toyota charged me for all my tire rotations over the years. I was in and out in no time and I have used them a lot for emergency stuff, but had never purchased tires from them. And of all the credit cards, I’ve had my Gateway credit card served me so well because when your car breaks down, it’s usually very unexpected and pricey, and that card came in handy so many times. The staff are so nice and they have drink & great snack machines, free Keurig coffee , 2 tv’s and to extremely comfortable seating areas AND free WIFI and work tables! Shout out to Michael who

I ordered tire tires in the shop and went back a couple of days later to have the tires put on. I got a call after my car was there for 7 hours that they ordered the wrong tires, they were going to pick them up and would be ready when I got there. I get to the shop to pick up my car and it was still being worked on, the guy who called me said he was wrong, they had the right tires. I felt like something was off, after driving my car for a couple of days I found my speedometer was off and so was my gas mileage by 5 miles a gallon. I looked at the tires and they were the wrong size, they were bigger than what I had. I called the shop and was told they would replace them with the size I had, he would order them and call me. The staff at Gateway on Lake Harbor in Ridgeland, MS are always nice and professional. They help me with a smile and a good attitude whenever I go there. Kendall (Manager) and Mari (assc) are especially a pleasure to deal with. Thanks guys! 😇

Amazingly bad... 0 stars... order on their website and make appt for next day... drop car off, call every couple hrs to check but tires ordered from their site never come... we call at 4 and they finally state they aren't coming and can't get that size... not that tire but that size in any tire. After we order the night before and keep our car there the entire day and we have to call to initiate any communication, they finally tell us they cannot get ANY brand tire in the proper oem size for our car. Unacceptable, unconscionable, inexcusable....
