Eric is the best there is. When it comes to customer service he and Laura waste no time keeping you updated on the progress of your vehicle. Eric knows his stuff and is very efficient. He will not keep your vehicle for several days or weeks before looking at it. I have had several vehicles to him over the years and I’ve always gotten a phone call with the diagnosis before days end the day of my scheduled time. When it comes to expertise I wouldn’t trust anyone else as much as I do Eric and his techs. I had a diesel pickup that had some engine work done is a different shop in the valley. After several weeks of failures to fix my problem and chasing rabbit holes they sent my truck back to me worse than I got it, not even running. They took care of our church shuttle bus in finding and repairing some tricky electrical issues with glow plugs and other issues. They were friendly, fair priced, and did exactly what was needed without any pushy tactics. Highly recommended!

The folks at Gathagans Automotive were great. My a.c. had gone out, got my car right in. Didn't have to wait weeks for appointment, big plus. They checked car out and found a couple of issues. Had to order in part and here I am cruising with a.c. again. Very highly recommend them.
