We lost a part this morning. The nice lady working today was very helpful. She helped me find the part he needed over the phone and had it ready for us to purchase when we came in to make the purchase. She saved our day. Thank you!
Best parts store around. My wife and I took one of our classic trucks out last night. Long story short, battery gave out Austin and his other employee helped us out after hours, gave me a loaner tool and got us on our way. Remember, this was after they just barely closed. I was in a bad spot without them. I owe you guys!!! Really appreciate the help!!!
Great selection but it’s really irritating when they take calls and don’t even put them on hold and I’m standing there waiting for ages I got stuff to finish that’s why I’m at a auto store
Tammy was amazing. Very personable and very helpful. She price matched my brake pads. These services are something I haven’t gotten at any other auto parts store I will be coming back to O’Reillys for anything else I need.
