I went there yesterday on July 4th, the store manger was the only one there, she is very nice, I had to return something, and she is respectful and patient. I’d love to come here again just because of her.

These guys are top-of-the-line, down to earth and actually care about the customer. I went to NAPA Kuna, thinking a battery needed replacement. Bryce a store manager tested my battery and showed me a terminal clamp wasn’t functioning properly. Then recommended a part that would solve the issue. They were happy to help me replace the part in the parking lot and saved me $150 on a battery I didn’t need. A+ customer service, knowledge and kindness. Thank you guys.

I didn't catch the man's name, but the guy working there was super helpful. I needed to change my battery and he let me borrow tools and answered a few questions I had. He apologized for not helping more, but he was the only on working. Anyhow, super friendly and helpful.

I own an auto repair shop clear across the state in Blackfoot, Idaho, and we work with part stores all the time. They gave us excellent customer service in helping us find a receipt so we could warranty a part in behalf of a customer who purchased his starter there. I was impressed by their customer service and willingness to help with something that didn't even effect them one way or the other.

I purchased a battery from this store last spring and recently have been having issues with it keeping a charge. I took it to my mechanic and he checked it and told me that it had a bad cell and that it needed to be replaced, per the report that his Snapon machine printed out. He gave me a copy of the slip that showed that it needed replaced and told me to give it to the store I bought it from as he said they will try and tell me that the battery is fine so they don't have to warranty it. I took it in to get warrantied as it was less than a year old and sure enough, they used a different brand of machine and said that my battery was fine and they would not replace it. I have never had any issues with this store in the past and have tried shopping there whenever possible as I prefer to
