Gear Master Transmissions

Here’s my story and review. I hope someone can benefit from it especially the women because not many of us know anything about auto maintenance. Well, I was having problems with my car, check engine light on and computer testing monitor showing three codes. I visited two different mechanic shops which I paid for the parts and labor…whatever the mechanic said would fix my car problem I went for it. The first mechanic shop called and said that my car was ready for pickup…I pulled off and thirty minutes later the check engine light back on with the same mechanical issue. The exact same thing happened after leaving the second mechanic shop. I couldn't ask for more professional and courteous service than DJ and his staff give! They have replaced a transmission for me (91' Toyota) and rebuilt one (04' Expedition). The Expedition's transmission recently went out while towing our camper back down south for storage. The Gear Master crew jumped on it and had us up and running again in a more than acceptable time frame...and at a great price. DJ was aware that we would be driving the vehicle back to the Midwest and took the time and effort to give the vehicle a thorough driving and testing going the extra mile (no pun intended...more like 50+ miles of testing) to ensure it was ready to go. DJ did everything to help me in my grim situation with my transmission. I ended up having to have my entire transmission replaced but I can truly say DJ did everything he could to help me. I am very grateful to him and his staff.

The guys are great. They knew that we were going on vacation and they worked hard so I could have my truck back quickly.
