Geist Auto Service and Geist Towing

The best auto repair shop in the fishers area. It's the only place where I genuinely feel like they are being honest about my issue and not up charging. I was told by one shop that I needed new brakes so I decided to get a second opinion. Geist Auto told me my brakes are fine, they're just cheap ones that are making noise but essentially brand new. Always up front and honest.

Chris and his team did an excellent job on my wife's CRV. The alternator failed because the power steering pump was leaking directly above. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the service was great. We got the car back the next day. Thanks Carl

We booked them for a tow at 10 am. Had an eta to be here with in 2 hours. I called to follow up when no one showed and was told it would be a few more hours and I was welcome to cancel my request. Due to cold temps and recent snow I decided to wait the few hours. There was no communication or a new eta provided. I did book them through road side service. They called them and was told same thing. It will be a few more hours at 3:30. After waiting 6 hours I had to cancel and book another company who thankfully was able to come in less than 90 minutes. I get company’s get busy but communication can go a very long way. No eta could be provided and I was made to feel like they didn’t want my business with the “ you can cancel and go else where”

Chris is an awesome guy and he made the repairs on my daughter‘s truck in a little over a day. He was very personable and explained everything every step of the way. This is a used car and we didn’t want to spend a ton of money if there were going to be more problems down the line. I recommend Geist Auto 100%.

I had been bringing my car to Stanley Chevy the last few repairs but after $4,500 and the same issue happening I took it to Geist Auto Service. I read the reviews and was hopeful I'd have the same great experience and I did! They were upfront, fully transparent and reasonable in price. They even told me other issues to be aware of as they noticed some other things outside the issue I brought it in for which I appreciate. I'm highly disappointed in Stanley and am regretful in trusting them. However I believe I've finally found a place I can trust which is a huge peace of mind!
