Valvoline Instant Oil Change

These guys do a good job. And they'll check out everything and let you know if anything needs replaced, but not so it feels like they are trying to hit you up for a bunch of extras. They had the battery in stock that I needed and it was also $30 cheaper here than AutoZone. These are some good looking young men too. (Just messing with them 😄)

I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change, and immediately after leaving it began smoking heavily and having major engine problems. It had no issues before the service. I returned within minutes, but the damage had already been done. My vehicle is now at a repair shop with serious engine damage. Valvoline’s negligence ruined my engine, and they are refusing to take responsibility. I would strongly caution others before trusting them with their vehicle

Great service today for Willow's first oil change and wiper blades replaced. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was in and out in a snap and ready for the day!! Thanks guys! 10/10

My wife came into this facility with a perfectly fine working Suv. Left with a Suv blowing out white smoke. She was told they'd "look" into and to make a claim. They changed the oil again and had the same result. She was advised to take to thier recommended mechanics shop. She took it their March 1st. Didnt hear anything back until Thursday March 5th from the service shop. Basically saying they couldn't confirm what caused the issue at hand. She called the claim department the next day march 6th. Never hearing from the manager Jacob at this McCordsville location. Apparently the claim was already closed. Once again after never hearing from the manager recommending this route we ended having to take and being without a vehicle for 5 days. The claims department contacted said manager "Jacob"

Everyone was really great! They were kind, professional and explained everything clearly. Jacob and Matthew were the technician’s that helped me today. Jacob showed me my air filter and told me it was great, no dirt, no need to change it. He did not try to oversell me on services. I will absolutely be coming back for my oil changes! Highly recommend!!
