we shipped our truck from hawai'i and needed an alignment done and they gave great customer service over the phone and in person at the shop . we then had an issue that needed to be checked out and i called them again because i appreciated there service and there timely service , when i called them for another issue that we were having with our truck they were nice enough to allow us to bring it the day of calling and fitting us in their busy work schedule ! they definitely will do what's needed and get it done and not scam you out of your money ! they also comped our electrical diagnostic test , they are amazing !

Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable right from the get-go. Explained our situation a leak and possibly the transmission cooler lines and we were 1200 miles away from our home in Oregon he got us in right away. They found the problem got the parts had it fixed in less than a day gave us free rides to and from the shop which kept us from having to rent a car. Treated us nice with full documentation and told us to bring the truck back before we left back home to inspect. I would highly recommend them to fix my vehicle.

I went for a simple oil change because my friend always raves about Justin and his team. Now I completely understand! He let me know about my brake fluid and engine filters being past dirty and quoted me a very reasonable price and wait to get it all done. Thanks Gemba Automotive!

I gave Gemba a call Saturday later in the day to see if they had time for an alignment on my car! Angel said come on it. Once there I asked if they'd be able to do an oil change as well. No problem. The techs got both done in an hour or so. I felt bad because it was after 5pm and I'm sure they wanted to go home to their family's - but there was no complaints. Great service! One thing that would be a nice addition is seating outside during nice AZ weather, this weekend was beautiful but the only place to sit was outside on the curb.

Traveling through and my AC stopped cooling- Angel & Justin were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Because they were so straightforward with me regarding diagnosis and estimates for repairs, I had them replace my AC compressor assembly and also requested that they replace the transmission pan gasket, filter and sensor due to my transmission leaking fluid for awhile now. Manny -the shop foreman & Technician was very knowledgeable about the repairs. A week later and many miles driven and my AC is blowing ice cold 🧊 and zero leaks visible from the transmission pan gasket. Everyone here was very helpful and eager to get me back on the road, also they gave me a generous military discount. The best “mom and pop” mechanic shop that I’ve ever worked with.
