We met Blake at the Tampa RV show. He was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We wanted to see in-person the Brinkley Z Air 315 and it was even better than the videos we saw. Him and the manager worked hard to get this deal to where we could buy our dream camper. We are forever grateful for making this possible for us! We highly recommend Brinkley and General RV!

Let me start by sharing that I bought my first Class B from Bam a few years ago. Having the opportunity to work with him again was incredible! He is one of the most genuine and honest humans I've met, and has earned my trust. He makes sure his customer understands what is going on and is always fighting for the best deal. In addition to this, I want to add that the entire team was incredibly supportive and helpful. JB in finance took incredible amounts of time to make sure I understood the finances of the process, but also worked hard to secure the absolute best rate I could from the banks. I can't beam enough about the experience we had at the GENERAL RV in Draper Utah! We purchased a 2026 Brinkley G3250 and had a whole host of problems (most common to RVs) but including a catastrophic failure to one of the slides. Brinkley was great at getting parts and warranty approvals to General, so we appreciate Brinkley. But the folks at General went over and above to get our coach on the road. Major shout out to Fernando "Nando" our service supervisor. He is very knowledgeable and highly competent at his job. But, he was also always understanding and compassionate to us newbies and our stupid question. We also want to shout out to Dale, Woody, Yorkshire Dave, and all the techs who we didn't ge names, for all their exceptional service. THANK YOU ALL AT GENERAL RV DRAPER!!!!!!!

We came from out of state and they made the process so smooth and efficient. Bryson was great and Justin who showed us every detail of the trailer and was just a genuinely friendly knowledgeable guy. One thing I notice is that typically as a woman at dealerships they will address my husband, showing him the tech specs and equipment but not talk much to me- Justin explained everything to both of us equally which i appreciate so much! Great experience.

All i can say is wow! Let it be known, i havent purchased a new RV from this location. But i know that i am going to buy from this store. Not because of inventory, (which they seem to have the largest selction), not because they have a certain brand(which they basically have them all) not because of the price(which seems to be the most competitive rates) its because of the service that i had experienced. There were two individuals in particular that had made my experience such a great experience. Jessie and John, jessie was so knowledgable of her inventory, not just the price, but all the fun things that trailers have, and her knowledge of the vehicle that can actually tow these rigs. The trailer i want is a bit larger than what my current outfit can tow, i thought for sure i would need to
