Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance

I have been a customer of Georgia Farm Bureau for over 10 years for all of my insurance needs. After one accident last spring, I have received a letter that they are canceling my car insurance policy. So, they are fine and feel very local and friendly until you actually need them. Then the corporate bureaucracy takes over. I would recommend looking at Clark Howard's list of top insurance companies.

Best decision is to switch my home and auto to GAFB. This is a great office and it is such a relief to always talk to a person for customer service!

I always get rude customer service when I call . Not helpful at all! It seems to me as if I’m always bothering them when I call. Never eager to help but wanting to send me to other people!!

Don't use this company, they never return calls or actually try to get you insurance. Immature company that acts like they're hiding from customers... every time you call they will say "he's not available can I send you to his voicemail?"

The team at Ga farm bureau was incredibly helpful. Sia and Joel went above to get me the coverage I was looking for in homeowners and auto. Thanks GAFB Team for all your help !
