Gerber Collision & Glass

I just want give a shout out to Shannon and Rob at Gerber- they’ve been great to work with. Our car was a total loss sadly but they’ve been helpful in the process. Will definitely look at using them in the future for any auto or glass repairs we need.

Gerber Collision was absolutely amazing. They made a stressful situation ( hit a deer) , so simple, quick and efficient. They were kind, professional, and thorough. The staff was great. Got me all of the information I needed, and fixed my car like brand new. Would 10/10 recommend.

Insurance gave me Gerber as an option to take my car to. Never heard of them. Figured it as like a walmart of body shops because its a corporation. i called and spent about 20 min on the phone with the most knowledgable lady (i cant remember her name) but she explained everything you have to offer, the possible scenarios that could be the outcome. i felt like i was talking to the owner. great customer service if you ask me in a world where you cant find that anymore. i will be coming there just not sure when. thank you for all if your knowledge

I brought my car in after hitting a deer. I had no Idea where to go in Ames but I'm so glad I brought it to Gerber. They consistently communicated the status of my vehicle and addressed any concerns I had beyond my expectations. My car even came back looking better than before.
