Gerber was recommended to be by my insurance as a preferred shop. They were fantastic! From the estimate and actual repairs, everything went smoothly. I was updated frequently throughout the time they had my vehicle. The also washed and detailed my car which was just an amazing extra touch! I would use their services again if need be and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I floored they have any review under a 5. One of the most professional experiences I have had in service. The follow up was awesome. I got 2 calls per week letting me know my progress. The repairs were done early. Gerber took care of my interaction with Enterprise too. Overall A+++. Hope I never need your services again but if I do, I'll be back to Gerber.

Gerber collision and glass was excellent! They called me with updates about my car as well as sending texts. My car looked so great when I got it back, too! If I ever need my car worked on, I’m for sure coming back here. Wonderful place.

My car was hit, and Gerber took care of everything! They arranged foe rental to pick me up. Their communication was top notch - an update call every Tuesday and Thursday. And when I took forever to arrive to pick up my car because of the snow, the manager helped me out by staying a little late to help out. Best customer service I've had in a long time from any place of business!
