Gerber was able to fit me in 3 hours after my incident for an estimate. They removed the paint from my paint that day so it would not affect the clear coat,and I would only have to have the plastic replaced. Thank you!

The communication, service and professionalism and overall work of this shop is the best. They repaired my kia after we got hit by a Cadillac suv in the back left quarter. It took a long time to fix it but their constant communication throughout the process was stellar and they were honest about my car and any delays or problems. Gena and staff was great and they were not an "approved" progressive repair shop...but they should be. Just amazing. The repair work and paint match was impeccable! It looks better than it did when I bought it! I wouldn't go any where else!!!! Thanks to everyone there for a great experience during a difficult time!!

First time using them after the changeover to Gerber. I continue to be impressed with their work- hit a deer on my way to work and chose to have Gerber complete the estimate and repair. Couldn't be more pleased- the Canandaigua team kept me up to date all along the way, and the vehicle was actually completed and ready for pick up 5 days earlier than they had originally anticipated. And it looks great! Highly recommend and will be a customer again if needed!
